All our support staff and Engineers are recruited with the same aim. Whether they are on our dedicated helpdesk, running projects, or on our customer sites, all must possess strong interpersonal skills as well as excellent technical skills. We believe that our engineers must be able to empathise and relate to the needs and requirements of specific customers.
The skills of our staff are constantly challenged and tested in order to help develop them further. This ensures our staff are always abreast of new developments and technologies.
