Access points can be administered individually or networked to allow multiple sites to be managed from a single location using sophisticated, yet easy-to-use, system management tools.
Once installed we can provide ongoing support and maintenance via our in-house support desk and Paxton trained engineers.
Support and Maintenance Call Outs
If you are having a problem with your Paxton system, please call our in-house support desk.
We have offices in Kings Cross, London (Zone 1) and Swanley, Kent and dispatch from both. Each location carries an extensive stock of Paxton parts for immediate replacement. This means that not only can we get an engineer to you the same day, but when he arrives he will have all the parts he needs to complete the repair.
We are also experts in Paxton’s control software and as such can configure your Paxton system as required.
If the system has been installed for a while, it is very common to be running on an out-of-date copy of the software so while we are on-site, as a matter of course, we will always check what version you are running and update it to Paxton’s latest.
