Our philosphy:

Onlico has provided IT Support to businesses since 2002. In that time we have seen the industry change, as well as our clients needs.

At Onlico, the directors, the account managers, the technical staff and the sales staff all agree that the best direction for our clients is to embrace hosted and cloud technologies.

We believe that in many (but not all)  scenarios, hosted solutions offer better long term value for money and less risk than on premise solutions.

Thats why you will be unlikely to see us recommending expensive in house servers. we’ve outsourced ourselves to prove that it can be achieved reliably and at an attractive cost.

Working from home policy with everything you need

All our staff including the helpdesk staff can work from home or alternate premises when  required, all our business applications are available from the web, which make our own business contingency plan pretty well watertight. During the snow in early 2010, all our helpdesk staff were available to answer helpdesk calls at the start of their shift, even though only 50% of staff made it into the office.

Reduced Costs

Because we have been able to reduce our costs, through outsourcing facilities and efficient practise, we can provide our premium quality service for a low price. In fact our hourly rate for additional services is only £85 per hour.
